Luce Bay, Self Catering Cottages

Two traditional cottages standing in their own gardens with car parking and lovely open views.
Sandy beaches with good bathing are 10 minutes by car, there is pony trekking, sea fishing and walking in the area.
Also gardens, mediaeval and prehistoric monuments within easy reach.

Both cottages are furnished to a very high standard and have night storage heaters and electric radiators.

Short stays can be arranged between the middle of January to the end of March at £50.00 per night per cottage.

Caretaker is resident at Garheugh Farmhouse.

Sea Cottage
Sea CottageThe cottage stands in its own small fenced garden close to the shore, with parking space and good sea views. It is fully furnished and equipped to a very comfortable standard.

Garheugh Croft
Garheugh CroftThe Croft stands in its own small garden with drive-in and garage space. It is fully furnished and equipped to a very comfortable standard and has good sea views.

Notes:
1. Both the accommodations have a fridge/freezer, an electric cooker, washing machine, an immersion heater and colour television set.
2. Each sitting room has an open grate and an electric fire.
3. All beds have interior sprung mattresses and are supplied with two pillows, one under blanket, two top blankets and an eiderdown.
4. All linen provided
5. Shops are approximately 7 miles at Port William and Glen Luce.
6. Water supply at the Croft and Sea Cottage is spring water and is tested regularly.
7. Groceries may be ordered in advance when paying the balance of the rent.

Terms of Rental
a. Open throughout the year.
b. A £60.00 deposit per week booked is required at the time f booking and the remainder of the rent to be paid 1 month prior or arrival. The deposit is nonreturnable. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing within three days or they will be cancelled.
c. Bookings are from Friday to Friday and tenants are requested to arrival after 4 pm and leave by 10am.
d. Any breakages or damage should be settled with the caretaker before leaving.
e . China, glass, cutlery and household equipment are provided.
f . Drop side cot (with mattress but no bedding) and high chair are available. Please reserve when booking.
g . Please state number of persons when booking i.e. adults and children.
h . Pets are welcome but must be kept off all of the furniture.
