Calor Scottish Village of the Year 2008 (Southern Region)

The biggest Carnival Celebration in South West Scotland, Port Williams Carnival has something for everyone. Traditionally a time when "ex-pats" return to meet family and friends, events are open to everyone, locals and holidaymakers alike. So join in and have fun!!
