Standing all by itself 3/4 miles from the sea, in a peaceful and quite elevated position. This cottage has wonderful views of Luce Bay, the Isle of Man and the Mull of Galloway, and extensive countryside scenery. It is set on a marvellous coastline with sandy beaches and rocky coves.

There are many attractions nearby, including heritage centres, and fesivals are held throughout the year. For the outdoor enthusiast many activities await you, from cycle paths to fishing, and for the shopoholic, Dumfries is well worth a visit.

The cottage has a large enclosed garden and is fitted, furnished and equipped to a high standard. It is approximately 5 miles from Port William.

Lounge/diner, kitchen/diner, utility room, bathroom with toilet, two bedrooms: one double, one twin.

Services: Oil central heating, open fire lounge (initial supply of fuel provided) all other fuel included in rent, electricity by pound coin meter, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, Video and DVD player, stereo/CD player, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge, freezer, microwave, payphone, garden, garden furniture, barbecue, parking for three cars.
